The only problem we had was how hot the room was, however we were able to change the temperature easily. The Front Desk lady that worked night shift was absolutely fantastic. I had gone down to get some snacks and she was so friendly. We also really enjoyed Nick and appreciated that there was a shuttle to the Civic Center for the concert. It took a huge load off not having to worry how we were going to get to the event.

Loved the staff and decor. The included breakfast was delicious. Loved the pool and hot tub. The room was everything we needed,very spacious. Would stay again and recommend.

It was clean. Children loved pool and adults enjoyed the whirlpool and fitness center. Plenty of room in family suite.

Very comfortable beds. Quieter HVAC! Such a welcome relief from the noisy old school units at other properties. Great parking for vehicle with trailer.

The staff was great. We needed a roll away bed and they were able to put us in a slightly larger room. Pool and hot tub was great. Workout room was extremely nice, large, and clean.
